The Torc is the original design of the Dalr Jewellery collection. Taking inspiration from the powerful, iconic neck rings worn by the ancient Norse and Celtic cultures. The original artefacts were profound symbols of power, strength, nobility, loyalty and beauty. The Dalr Torc is hand crafted to capture the essence of this heritage, the Torc bestows a powerful and timeless presence upon the wearer. It is an enduring tribute, connecting the wearer to the deep, unbroken history of these ancestral lands.

Derived from the Latin word ‘torquis’, meaning ‘to twist,’ the earliest torcs were crafted from twisted pieces of metal to form a rigid piece of jewellery.
