Refund policy
We really hope you love your Jewellery, but if for any reason you do not, our refunds policy is here to help you.
Exchanges
If you have ordered a piece of Dalr Jewellery and have decided that you actually had your eye on something else, or if you were gifting for someone else and they preferred a different Dalr item then please contact us at dalrjewellery@gmail.com within 15 days after making your purchase.
We can organise for you to send your item back to us, we will check it over to make sure it's in the original condition and then you can let us know what you would like instead. If the item is of a higher value, the additional cost will need to be paid, or if the item is of a lower value we will partially refund the difference, minus any postage costs.
Non-returnable products
Due to the current UK Health and Hygiene regulations, Dalr does not accept the return of any pierced items such as earrings.
We do not accept returns on any items that are bespoke commissions, one of a kind, includes personalised stamping or if it has been in any way customised and made bespoke to you.
Return
If you would like to return your Jewellery and it was not sold as part of our bespoke commissions, one of a kind, stamped or a customised piece, then you may return your goods within 15 days of them being delivered for either a full refund or an exchange minus any difference in item price and extra shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return or an exchange you need to contact us at dalrjewellery@gmail.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
If an item is returned to us that is not in it's original state and we deem it to have not been properly cared for by you according to our Jewellery care instructions, we believe it has been damaged by you, then we reserve the right to refuse the refund and the full transit costs associated with the order and return. This is only to ensure that Dalr Jewellery is not left at a loss from a customer not caring for their pieces properly, or not following the proper returns procedure.
Exchange for another size
If an item does not fit, please contact us within 15 days of physically receiving the goods to discuss a resizing or exchange for another size.
At Dalr we thoroughly check that the size is made exactly to what you order when a Ring or Bracelet is made to size, so please make sure you have definitely chosen the right size.
We highly recommend doing this by going to any local jewellers who can check your ring size for you, or purchasing a correct ring sizer from the internet. Please contact us if you would like us to send you our recommended ring sizer you can purchase for under £5 online, and is a good investment to have for the future and to check other peoples sizes if you ever wanted to get them a gift.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take around 10 days for the refund to process into your account.
