Unique, handcrafted Dvergr pieces made with texture from the Rocks, classic Dalr details, exquisite colours and a connection to the old Norse Mythology stories of the Dvergr’s.

In Norse Mythology the Dvergr are skilled dwarves known for their impressive metalworking. It is believed that these dwarves live in the Rocks and carve out the rock formations.

I have created this collection to show the importance of storytelling, my love for mythology, and the link to being a skilled metalsmith like the Dvergr’s and using the Rocks for texture.

I believe we find magical links and inspiration from stories, which keeps them alive and gives new meaning and shapes the story to our own existence.

Each Dvergr piece is hand crafted once you have ordered. This means your unique piece is yet to be made, it doesn’t exist in the world, and by ordering your new piece I get to head into my studio, bring your jewellery to life, do what I love and make your personal jewellery with a new story to tell.

DALR JEWELLERY

The Dalr journey started in 2022 when the Yorkshire born artist Ali began making unique Jewellery inspired by Viking designs, the Rocky Cornwall Coastline and artworks by Gustav Klimt.

Ali's style incorporates the Torc which simply means 'To Twist'.

Dalr Jewellery pieces are timeless, one of a kind and will last a lifetime.

Ali is a very passionate and creative individual who runs Dalr Jewellery in her Tiny Home on the Coast of Cornwall, where all of the Jewellery is uniquely handcrafted.
